Referring to our interview of this morning with Mr. Tennyson, we beg to hand you enclosed for your guidance a copy of a letter from Mr. Cheetham, received on Saturday.
Although the letter unfortunately is unsigned, it came to us in a registered envelope (Canton Shameen No.2768) together with the duly executed counterpart of the agreement referred to therein and copies of Mr. Cheetham's letters of the 6th and 8th May, extracts of which we have already communicated to you.
